本文用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验方法,研究了重铬酸钾在不同实验条件下诱发小鼠微核率的影响.结果表明,用615种或上海种雌或雄性小鼠,采用腹腔一次中毒后24h取材是合适的.
In this paper, the effect of potassium dichromate on the micronucleus rate of mice induced by different experimental conditions was studied by using the method of micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells.The results showed that using 615 kinds or Shanghai female or male mice, After 24h material is suitable.
