许多研究表明,机体内因自由基产生和清除的动态平衡失调所引起的氧自由基反应及脂质过氧化反应的病理性加剧,是致癌和促癌的重要因素之一。为探索老年喉癌患者体内的氧自由基反应及脂质过氧化反应程度,笔者检测了34例老年喉癌患者的红细胞铜·锌超氧化物歧化酶(E-Cu·Zn-SOD)活性及血浆和红细胞过氧化脂质(P-LPO、E-LPO)含量,并以60例年龄相匹配的健康老年人之值作对照,进行初步的临床分析。 1 资料与方法
