目的:探讨化妆品中总硒含量的测定方法。方法:采用双道原子荧光光度法测定化妆品中的总硒含量。结果:通过实验找出最佳测定分析条件,得出线性回归方程为Y∧=31.477X-60.736,相关系数r=0.9998,相对标准偏差为2.99%,回收率为91.9%~96.5%。结论:该方法简便快捷、精密度好、准确度高,对于测定各类化妆品中的硒具有很好的可行性和适用性。
Objective: To investigate the determination of total selenium in cosmetics. Methods: The total selenium content in cosmetics was determined by dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: The optimum analytical conditions were found by experiments. The linear regression equation was Y = 31.477X-60.736, correlation coefficient was 0.9998, relative standard deviation was 2.99% and recovery was 91.9% -96.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and accurate. It has good feasibility and applicability for the determination of selenium in various cosmetics.
