文章结合对电信运营商运营发展的分析,介绍了电信运营支撑系统的两大体系框架:TMN和NGOSS。全文从分析TMN模型的局限性入手,根据电信运营管理的新需求,提出了运营企业未来网管建设的方向。
Combined with the analysis of the telecom operators’ operation and development, the article introduces the two system frameworks of telecom operation support system: TMN and NGOSS. Based on the analysis of the limitations of TMN model, this paper puts forward the direction of future network management of operators based on the new demand of telecom operation and management.
