按照世界卫生组织的定义:人在65岁以前算中年人,65至74岁算青年老年人,75 至90岁才算老年人。人的生长期是用最后一颗牙齿长出来的时间(20至25岁)来计算,而按照生物学的原理,哺乳动物的寿命是其生长期的5倍至7倍,因此人的寿命最短100岁,最长175岁,正常来说应该是120岁。在这120岁当中应该是健康的,八九十岁不是梦,人人都应该健康一百岁,这是正常的生物规律。 可现实情况又如何呢?应该平均活到120岁的却只有70岁,整整少活了50岁。本应八九十岁都很健康的,可好多人40多岁就不健康,50岁得冠心病,60多岁就死
According to the definition of the World Health Organization, a person counts middle-aged people before the age of 65, young seniors between 65 and 74, and elderly people between the ages of 75 and 90.
