高压氧(HBO)治疗成人脑血管疾病的效果已得到充分肯定。前苏联学者应用其治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的研究表明,HBO 能明显减少 HIE 的后遗症发生,并未见到晶体后纤维增生。本研究旨在通过对接受 HBO 治疗的 HIE 患儿血清中 Cu Zn-SOD和 LPO 含量的变化,来初步探讨 HBO 对细胞外液氧自由基的影响。
Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment of adult cerebrovascular disease effect has been fully affirmed. The former Soviet Union scholars to apply its treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) studies have shown that HBO can significantly reduce the incidence of HIE sequelae, and did not see the post-crystal fibrosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of HBO on extracellular oxygen free radicals by analyzing the changes of Cu Zn-SOD and LPO in serum of HBeA-treated children with HIE.
