目的对比分析磁共振尿路成像(MRU)、CT尿路造影(CTU)成像技术在诊断泌尿系统疾病中的临床价值。方法以120例因腹痛、血尿、肾绞痛等症状就诊患者为研究对象,知情同意后先行CTU检查、后行MRU检查,统计检查结果 ,并以手术病理及临床随访结果为金标准,评价两种检查方案单用检出效果。结果金标准检出输尿管恶性病变14例、良性病变38例、结石及结石相关病变51例,总阳性率85.8%(103/120);CTU诊断敏感度0.806(83/103),特异度0.824(14/17),准确率80.8%(97/120);MRU诊断敏感度0.786(81/103),特异度0.706(12/17),准确率77.5%(93/120)。CTU、MRU单用或联用诊断结果与金标准对比,差异有统计学意义。结论单行MRU与单行CTU检测泌尿系统疾病,准确率接近,且无创、无射线损害。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical value of magnetic resonance urography (MRU) and CT urography (CTU) in the diagnosis of urological diseases. Methods A total of 120 patients with symptoms of abdominal pain, hematuria and renal colic were enrolled in the study. After informed consent, they were given CTU examination, MRU examination and statistical test results. The pathological results and clinical follow-up results were used as the gold standard, Check the program alone with the detection effect. Results The gold standard was detected in 14 cases of malignant ureter, benign lesions in 38 cases, 51 cases of stone and stone related lesions, the total positive rate was 85.8% (103/120); CTU diagnostic sensitivity of 0.806 (83/103) and specificity of 0.824 The diagnostic accuracy of MRU was 0.786 (81/103), specificity was 0.706 (12/17), and the accuracy was 77.5% (93/120). CTU, MRU alone or in combination with the gold standard diagnostic results, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Single-line MRU and single-line CTU detection of urinary tract diseases, the accuracy is close, and noninvasive, no ray damage.
