在全国学习和推广邯郸钢铁集团有限责任公司经验的大形势下,许多企业的设备管理部门对邯钢同行在“模拟市场核算,实行成本否决”的经营机制下如何搞好设备管理工作极为关注.日前,笔者带着这个问题走访了邯钢机动处.现就了解到的一些情况介绍于下.一、关于“模拟市场核算,实行成本否决”邯钢是国家大型钢铁联合企业,1995年末固定资产原值40.75亿元,其中设备固定资产原值27亿元,净值18亿元,拥有各类高炉、转炉、烧结机、连铸机等设备45台(套).1995年实现工业总产值25.67亿元,利税11.14亿元.
