西方身份并不是西方中心论的必然条件,但目前的西方发展伦理学在本质上仍是西方中心论的。“神圣古希腊”是西方中心论的历史起点与逻辑起点。作为一种自我中心论、种族中心论,作为西方历史、精神和逻辑优势论的统一,西方中心论是对东西方关系、西方文化自信的扭曲反映。没有对西方中心论、种族中心论的超越,也就没有发展伦理学的真正合理化。对“发展”本身、“伦理”本质及“学科”建构方法进行深层反思,是发展伦理学超越西方中心论的重要知识基础。确立全球视野、推进感性交往、加快自身发展,是应对西方中心论的重要实践路径。在批判西方中心论的过程中,也要避免走向东方中心论或其他类型的自我中心论、种族中心论。
Western identity is not an inevitable condition of Western centralism, but the current western development ethics is still essentially Western-centered. “Holy Ancient Greece” is the historical starting point and logical starting point of western centralism. As a kind of egocentrism and racism theory, as the unification of Western history, spirit and logical superiority theory, Western centralism is a distorted reflection of the relationship between East and West and the self-confidence of western culture. Without any transcendence of Western centralism or ethnic centralism, there is no real rationalization of development ethics. Deep reflection on the “development” itself, the essence of “ethics” and the method of “discipline” construction is an important knowledge base of development ethics beyond Western centralism. Establishing a global perspective, promoting sensual engagement and accelerating self-development are important practical ways to cope with the Western theory of the center. In the process of criticizing Western centralism, we should also avoid moving toward Oriental-centrism or other types of egocentrism or racism.
