以钛酸异丙酯为钛源,通过超声水解法制备纳米TiO_2光催化剂。采用X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶红外光谱对所合成的样品进行了表征分析。以甲基橙为降解对象,考察了不同超声功率制备的纳米TiO_2在可见光下的光催化性能。结果表明:超声300W制备的纳米TiO_2结晶度好、颗粒均匀,并且在氙灯模拟可见光下照射3h后,甲基橙的降解率达到62.94%。
TiO 2 photocatalyst was prepared by ultrasonic hydrolysis using isopropyl titanate as titanium source. The synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. With methyl orange as degradation target, the photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO 2 prepared under different ultrasonic powers under visible light was investigated. The results showed that the nano-TiO 2 prepared by ultrasonic 300W had good crystallinity and uniform particle size, and the degradation rate of methyl orange reached 62.94% after irradiated by xenon lamp for 3 h in visible light.
