近年未,我们达川市的乡镇企业保持着高速的发展态势,带动和促进了城郊型农村经济的发展,为农民致富奔小康和加快城乡一体化进程注入了活力。今年,市委决心进一步加强乡镇企业在县域经济的主体地位,主动调整思路、调整战略,以促其大发展,计划乡镇企业总产值达25亿元,增长65％,实现总产值和乡村产值在全地区“升位突破”。完成上述目标,是一项艰巨的任务,必须有可行的战略措施作保证。 我市发展乡镇企业首先得益于交通区位优势。达川市是达川地区政治、经济、商贸、金融、文化和科技中心,全区的大中企业大都集中在这里。我们充分利用这一得天独厚的条件,大力发展乡镇企业,同时解放思想,更新观念,远学江浙、近学成渝,主动与区内各县,与川西和沿海进行纵横联合,以作为长江经济带“龙尾”的重庆为依托、瞄准重庆摩托车、汽车等企业集团,干当“配角”,加工生产配套、附属产品,壮大自己;与驻市厂矿、大专院校和科研单位挂钩联

It serves as a supporting role, processing and supporting production and ancillary products, and expands itself; it is linked to factories, mines, universities and research institutes in cities.
