本研究对正常人视觉诱发性眼震在摄影眼震图(VOG)和传统眼震图(ENG)中的表现进行了研究。通过刺激整个视网膜所诱发的视觉诱发性眼震用ENG和VOG同时记录并得出结果,刺激源为电脑控制的投影条纹,结果用测得的和相角速度和刺激的时间来评价。本研究的目的是比较不同年龄组视觉诱发性眼震在VOG和ENG中的表现。本研究中有99名平衡系统正常的自愿者接受了视觉诱发性眼震刺激,结果分为3个年龄组来评估:第1组:15~35岁,第2组36~55岁,第3组56~75岁。结果显示,第1组和第2组无统计学差异,但第3组在刺激速度达50%时,视觉诱发性眼震的Verstrkung明显下降,因此在临床上,进行视觉诱发性眼震检查时,必须考虑年龄这一因素
In this study, the normal visual evoked nystagmus in photographic nystagmus (VOG) and conventional nystagmus (ENG) in the performance were studied. The visual-induced nystagmus evoked by stimulation of the entire retina was recorded simultaneously with ENG and VOG and the results were derived from computer-controlled projection fringes and the results were evaluated using the measured and phase angle velocities and stimulus times. The purpose of this study was to compare the visual evoked nystagmus in VOG and ENG in different age groups. In this study, 99 volunteers with normal-balance-system conditions underwent visual evoked nystagmus. Results were divided into three age groups: group 1: 15-35, group 2: 36-55, group 3 Group 56 to 75 years old. The results showed that there was no significant difference between Group 1 and Group 2, however, Verstrkung of visual evoked nystagmus was significantly decreased in Group 3 when the stimulation rate reached 50%, so in clinical practice, visual evoked nystagmus , You must consider the age factor
