为了不断加强师资队伍建设,2016年10月下旬,晓雯音乐邀请美国北科罗拉多大学键盘系主任、博士生导师翁雷教授至示范校区为来自全国各地的师生举行钢琴演奏观摩会、大师课和钢琴师资研修活动。本次活动围绕着教师业务水平和专业素养相关的内容展开,紧密结合教育教学实践,从教师需要出发,通过专家引领,教师们共同参与研讨、交流,最终达到了全面有效的提升。
