目的 了解近视眼近视弧形斑的出现率及其近视度、视轴长度 ;探讨近视度与视轴长度的相关关系。方法 仔细观察详细描绘了 16 2人、319只近视眼的近视弧形斑、同时检测其近视度和视轴长度 ,并将其结果进行统计处理相关检测分析。结果 16 2人、319只近视眼中 ,出现近视弧形斑者 79人 (48.77% )、149眼 (46 .71% )。近视度与视轴长度相关检测结果关系极其密切 ,呈高度正相关 ,(r=0 .6 87,t=16 .83,P <0 .0 0 1) .结论 近视弧形斑的发生与演变、视轴长度的改变对近视眼的形成、发展、病理改变、治疗等临床和视光学研究有重要意义
Objective To understand the incidence of myopia arcuate myopia and its myopia, visual axis length; to explore the relationship between myopia and visual axis length. Methods The detailed observation of myopia arched plaques in 16 2 and 319 myopic eyes was carried out. The myopia and visual axis length were measured at the same time, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results There were 79 eyes (48.77%) and 149 eyes (46.71%) with myopia arc spot in 16 2 eyes and 319 myopia eyes. The correlation between myopia and visual axis length was highly correlated and highly positive (r = 0.677, t = 16.83, P <0.01) .Conclusion The occurrence and evolution of myopic arc spot , Changes in the length of the optic axis on the formation of myopia, development, pathology, treatment and other clinical and optometric studies of great significance
