2005年12月15日,笔者接到四川省岳池县汽车运输公司部分职工联名投诉,称由于公司经理不重视安全工作,导致了死亡7人,重伤3人,轻伤4人的特大交通事故,从而使得职工的工资从2005年9月起就不能足额发放,为此职工召开大会并形成决议,罢免了总经理,并选举了新的经理。但决议形成之后,总经理却拒不交接工作,导致了公司的工作无法进行,使广大职工的合法权益受到了侵害。接到投诉后,笔者随即赶到岳池就职工的投诉采访了相关当事人。
