比较生物利用度的研究是为了评价在不同条件或配方下药物的生物利用度,以推论不同配方是生物等值的。所以设计一种在平均生物利用度中增加否定生物非等值的效能方案,阐明相对生物利用度研究中的变异性分量。检验方程如下:
