The author of this article, Dr Mahin Moh, started his gymnastics career at college and later became an excellent doctor, coach, national referee and sports physiologist. He often serves in the world and the Olympic team, and has a lot of research on the psychology of athletes. He is an Assistant Professor at Harvard University, MD, Boston Medical School, and psychologist Newton Princess School. Athletes can achieve excellent results, the psychological state of the game plays a key role. Showing confidence or worry; whether the break is good or over-trained; whether the attitude is positive or negative, are the psychological characteristics that each gymnast performs, which can be beneficial to the game or to become a psychological barrier in the competition. Athletes develop good psychological habits, can make the opponent psychologically affected, clever behavior can disrupt your opponent, mentally beat them. Notice, athletes are observing each other to assess the situation. Of course, the referee may notice you, but what you do not have any effect on them, these are positive psychological strategies in gymnastics competition and do not violate the rules. Of course, the key is every 10 points, but it is before the game, the match, the impact of the game, should not be underestimated.
