借助模流分析技术进行了电饭煲底座注塑模具及其工艺的优化设计。通过浇口分析确定了浇口的数量与位置;通过成型窗口分析确定了制件的较优成型工艺条件为模具温度44℃、熔体温度244℃、注射时间0.6 s;选择模架后建立了浇注系统,通过充填模拟分析了充填质量;通过冷却分析确定了较优的冷却系统;通过保压分析优化了保压曲线,使顶出时刻的体积收缩率在3%以内;另外,翘曲分析预测所得翘曲变形量在允许范围之内。最后根据模流分析技术所确定的方案进行了电饭煲底座注塑模的具体设计及工艺设置,所得产品质量良好。
