女性膀胱颈硬化症,又称女性前列腺病。近年来本病的发病率似有增加趋势。现将我院1982～1986年收治的10例女性膀胱颈硬化症报告如下。临床资料一、本组年龄在40～93岁,多数患者年龄在60～80岁之间,平均年龄69岁。二、症状:全部病例均有反复出现的膀胱刺激症状,有尿频、尿急、小便淋漓不尽,病史少则2年,多则20年,平均为7.7年。其中8例有排尿困难、尿线变细,严重者有急性尿潴留或慢性尿潴留。10例均有残余尿,从70ml～ Female bladder neck sclerosis, also known as female prostate disease.
