我院收治糖尿病并发右脚坏疽1例,经中西医综合治疗,获满意效果,避免了高位截肢。 患者,男,63岁,患糖尿病13年,未经系统治疗。1980年11月右脚发凉,1981年5月右脚小趾溃烂不愈,空腹血糖310～380mg％,尿糖(++++)。5月25日住某院,经胰岛素等综合治疗,对局部病变无效,体温38.5～39℃,右脚小趾坏疽渐扩大,3、4趾逐个变黑,1981年7月2日住我院。体检及化验检查。体温38.5℃,心、肺正常,肝、脾未触及。右脚
