【摘 要】
:
目的:检测不同采摘时间的莞香灵芝中活性物质的变化.方法:对不同采摘时间的莞香灵芝测定粗多糖、总三萜、蛋白质、麦角固醇的含量进行测定并做对比.结果:不同采摘时间灵芝中的粗多糖、总三萜、蛋白质及麦角固醇的含量具有明显差异,其中粗多糖、总三萜、蛋白质及麦角固醇含量均最高的是T5灵芝.结论:不同采摘时间的灵芝子实体,由于采收的不同,其含的四种功效成分的含量前期处于平缓变化,然后急剧增加.
