目的:评价姜黄素固体分散体抗肿瘤的药理学作用。方法:采用专利技术制备姜黄素固体分散体,开展姜黄素固体分散体对多种肿瘤细胞SCG-7901、BEL-7402、S-180、艾氏腹水瘤进行细胞学及整体动物学抗肿瘤评价,以及与抗肿瘤药物顺铂联合使用的药效评价。结果:实验证明姜黄素固体分散体对多种肿瘤具有明显的抗肿瘤效果,与顺铂联合使用具有提高抗肿瘤疗效的作用。结论:姜黄素固体分散体对多种肿瘤具有明显的抗肿瘤效果,同时能够提高顺铂抗肿瘤药物的疗效,可作为肿瘤患者的辅助用药。
Objective: To evaluate the anti-tumor pharmacological effects of curcumin solid dispersion. Methods: The curcumin solid dispersion was prepared by patented technology. The curcumin solid dispersion was used to evaluate cytological and overall zoological anti-tumor of various tumor cells SCG-7901, BEL-7402, S-180 and Ehrlich ascites tumor. As well as with the antitumor drug cisplatin combination efficacy evaluation. Results: The results show that the solid dispersion of curcumin has obvious anti-tumor effects on many kinds of tumors. Combined with cisplatin has the effect of improving anti-tumor effect. CONCLUSION: Curcumin solid dispersion has obvious anti-tumor effect on many kinds of tumors, meanwhile, it can improve the curative effect of anti-tumor drugs of cisplatin, and can be used as auxiliary medicine for cancer patients.
