山东省分沂入沭调尾拦河坝工程坝基普遍存在4.0~5.0m的卵砾石中粗砂层,截渗采用深层搅拌桩连续墙,这在国内尚属首次.由于搅拌桩用于截渗墙工程无参考资料,故通过室内试验确定水泥掺入比为15%、18%.截渗墙桩径不小于50cm,桩距30cm;桩体倾斜误差小于0.5%,桩位误差小于3cm.施工中采用的机械是PH-5B搅拌机.施工中,着重对桩径、桩距、桩体垂直度、桩长进行控制.此外,通过对截渗墙检测,各项指标均满足设计要求.
Shandong Province sub-Shu Tailing dam project dam foundation commonly exists in the 4.0 ~ 5.0m coarse gravel sand layer, cut through the use of deep mixing piles continuous wall, which is the first time in China. Cut-off wall pile diameter of not less than 50cm, pile spacing 30cm; pile tilt error of less than 0.5%, pile error less than 3cm. Construction machinery used is PH-5B mixer. Construction, focusing on the pile diameter, pile spacing, pile verticality, pile length control. In addition, through the cut-off wall detection, the indicators meet the design requirements.
