在毛主席的“独立自主、自力更生”方针和“鼓足干劲,力争上游,多快好省地建设社会主义”总路线的指引下,流态自硬砂铸造新工艺正在我国铸造行业日益发展和提高。我厂从1967年9月开始进行流态砂试验工作,1968年初试验工作转入试生产阶段。今年在一机部召开“流态自硬砂”座谈会之前,我们对前阶段试生产作了一个小结,会后,学习了兄弟厂的经验,进一步明确了方向,提出了生产上必须解决的问题。目前,我们一方面正在进一步完善流态砂生产线的装备,另一方面正在进一步改进工艺,以便更有效地组织更大规模的正常生产。
