用ＨＰＬＣ法，超声波提取，对中药止痛胶囊中主药白芍中芍药苷含量进行测定。其平均回收率为１００．７２％，相对标准偏差为１．２３％。结果表明：用本法测定该止痛胶囊中芍药苷含量，结果准确、灵敏、方法简便，且有适用性。 HPLC method and ultrasonic extraction were used to determine the content of paeoniflorin, the main drug in Radix Paeoniae Alba. The average recovery was 100.72% with a relative standard deviation of 1.23%. The results showed that the content of paeoniflorin in the Zhitong capsule was determined by this method, and the results were accurate, sensitive, simple, and applicable.
