Zhang Xinbao, a famous researcher of soil and water conservation in China, was researcher Zhang Xinbao. He was born in Jiangsu Hanjiang in 1946 and graduated from the Department of Geology of Nanjing University in 1967 and assigned to Chengdu Institute of Mountain Hazards and Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Ministry of Water Resources.
