对三年中眼科门诊及住院部感染性眼病患者的脓性分泌物进行了细菌培养，218例患者培养出246株细菌和真菌，并用KB法对细菌作了药物敏感试验。结果表明：分离菌株中，革兰氏阳性菌与革兰氏阴性菌之比为1．53：1。6种主要病原菌药敏试验结果显示，细菌耐药率普遍提高，并指出了合理使用抗生素，遏制耐药菌产生的重要性。
The purulent secretions of patients with ophthalmic diseases in eye clinics and inpatient departments in the past three years were cultured in bacteria. 218 strains of bacteria were cultured in 218 patients, and the bacterial sensitivity test was performed using KB method. The results showed that the ratio of gram-positive bacteria to gram-negative bacteria was 1.53:1 in the isolated strains.
