作为教师我们在教学中往往把更多的精力倾注在那些“与众不同”的特殊群体。下面结合学生特点及自己的教学实际,谈谈我在学困生转化中的一点想法。一、保护自尊心,树立自信心保护“学困生”的自尊心是转化他们的前提。不管是哪些学生,其实在他们内心深处也都渴望得到认可,渴望进步。无所畏惧,不顾及自尊的表现那只是表象,是他们面对冷嘲热讽、批评惩罚时叛逆的反抗。作为教师一定要平和心态,温柔对待。对待他们,“偏爱”更容易拉近与他们的距离,关爱更容易击破他们
