新华网7月26日刊登了中国国民经济研究所所长樊纲教授近日的一个观点:中国经济发展目前处于一个理想的状态,在全球化过程中,中国面临的机遇在全部发展中国家中处于非常好的地位。樊纲在这份题为《变革时代经济形势及资本市场分析》的报告中指出,中国目前经济增长率为8%,而且没有通货膨胀,目前有些通货紧缩,但下半年可能会停止。在中国经济已进入到市场竞争状态下,经济增长达到目前的状况是一个很好的平稳状态。樊纲还认为,目前这种经济形势在可预见的将来将保持下去,至少一两年时间内这个趋势会保持下去;同时樊纲分析指出,投资正在逐步恢复增长,今年外资1至5月份增长了29%,这两年还会持续下去。外资的增长正在带动民间投资的增长,包括民营、股份制、国营企业等非政府投资正在恢复增长,前年投资增长9%,去年达到13%,今年可能达到15%至16%,甚至更高。这样支撑起来的经济增长比较扎实。此外,中国外贸和出口目前正在恢复增长,中国的消费也比较稳定。那么,中国经济发展目前是否真的如樊纲所说的比较乐观?7月27日,由中国社会科学院和中国诚信证券评估有限公司联合主办的中国宏观经济形势研讨会上,与会专家、学者及政府官员就中国上半年宏观经济运行状况进行了研讨,他们的一些看法和建议或许会为今年下半年的经济工作提供一些参考。
