良好的批评不是劈头盖脑,而是象厨师烹饪一样,掌握好火候最重要。批评是对孩子不良的品德行为作出否定性的评价,目的是使孩子改正缺点、错误,形成好的品德行为。要使批评取得理想的效果,除了要端正批评的目的,做到公正合理外,还要把握好批评的火候,即批评的临界温度。在临界温度内,批评能起教育作用,超过了临界温度就会适得其反。那么,怎样才能掌握好批评的火候,不突破临界温度呢?
