[目的]探索不同播期下甜高粱不同生育阶段茎秆糖分含量的变化规律。[方法]对新高粱3号和新高粱9号在5个不同播期条件下的秸秆进行糖分测定试验。[结果]2个品种总糖含量总的变化趋势一致,呈升高的趋势,成熟期达到峰值。2个品种不同播期处理拔节期、挑旗期、开花期、成熟期总糖含量的差异均极显著。新高粱3号总糖均随着播期的延后而降低、新高粱9号总糖均随着播期的延后而升高。新高粱3号不同播期处理还原糖含量呈先升高后降低的变化动态。新高粱3号的还原糖含量始终高于新高粱9号。两个品种在整个生育期蔗糖含量总的变化趋势基本一致,呈升高的变化趋势。[结论]新疆,尤其是在北疆新高粱3号糖分积累的最适播期为5月初,新高粱9号最适播期为5月中旬。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the changes of sugar contents in stems of sweet sorghum at different growth stages under different sowing dates. [Method] The sugar content of straw in 5 different sowing dates of new sorghum 3 and new sorghum 9 was tested. [Result] The total sugar contents of the two cultivars had the same tendency of total change, which showed an increasing trend and reached the peak value at maturity. The differences of total sugar content of two cultivars at jointing stage, flagging stage, flowering stage and mature stage were significant at different sowing dates. The total sugar of new sorghum 3 decreased with the delay of sowing date. The total sugar of new sorghum 9 increased with the delay of sowing date. The content of reducing sugar in different sowing dates of new sorghum No.3 showed a dynamic change at first, then decreased. The content of reducing sugar of new sorghum 3 was always higher than that of new sorghum 9. The total variation of sucrose content of the two cultivars during the whole growth period was basically the same, showing an increasing trend. [Conclusion] The most suitable sowing date of sugar accumulation in Xinjiang, especially in No. 3 new sorghum in northern Xinjiang, was in early May. The optimum sowing date of new sorghum 9 was mid - May.
