大学校园文化是师生在校园长期的生活、学习过程中整合提炼出来的共同价值观的体现,对学生的身心发展具有重要作用。笔者认为要使网络学生感受到大学的氛围,使他们与教师以及彼此之间得到很好的交流和提高,就必须建立面向三个不同层面的网络服务支撑系统,即学员与教师之间的、学员与在校学生之间的、学员与学员之间的网站,构成全方位、立体化的学员交流、沟通的网络文化,并且与校园文化相互融合,促进学员的综合素质的提高。
