成都市音乐家协会于九月下旬召开了第二届音代会。出席会议的四川音乐学院、市音乐舞蹈剧、艺术馆等单位以及各区、县的代表听取了音协主席宋大能代表上届理事会作的工作报告。同时,进行了换届选举。共选出新的理事54人,常务理事15人。常务理事会一致推举马惠文、郎毓秀、宋大能为名誉主席,李忠勇为主席、副主席熊冀华、郭身、汪政明、唐中六、沈译全(兼秘书长)。
Chengdu Musicians Association held its second session in September. Attending the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, the City Music and Dance Theater, the Museum of Art and other units as well as representatives from all districts and counties listened to the work report made by Song Dadian, chairman of the Society, on behalf of the last council. At the same time, a general election was held. A total of 54 new directors and 15 executive directors were selected. The standing council unanimously elected Ma Huawen, Lang Yuxiu, Song Dainong as honorary chairman and Li Zhongyong as chairman and vice chairman Xiong Jihua, Guo Zeng, Wang Zhengming, Tang Zhongliu and Shen Yiquan (secretary-general).
