说起48岁的高锦成,陕西佳县公安局交警大队的领导和同事都会说他是一个踏实能干、公道正派的好同志。其1994年进入公安队伍,自2006年调到交警大队担任事故处理工作以来,他始终坚守信念,快速、公平、公正处理每一起交通事故。据统计,他参与办理的交通事故案件1800余起,全部结案。无一起上访、投诉、复议案件发生。被公认为交警大队的办案能手。
