Sirenza Microdevices公司开发出无线和CATV基础构件用的新系列高性能宽带放大器。这种InGaP HBT达林顿放大器设计工作电源为+5 v固定电源,其温度稳定性高。该系列中的头两个放大器型号为SBB-1089和SBB 2089。上述两个放大器240 MHz下的输出三阶截取点为+43 dBm,带宽50-850 MHz。SBB 1089的增益为15.5 dB,1 dB压缩功率19 dBm;SBB2089的增益为 20 dB,1 dB压缩功率20 dBm,耗电仅90 mA。这两个放大器采用Sirenza公司的热分配系统,以降低结温和提高可靠性。这种达林顿放大器是首批进入市场采用SOT-89封装的自偏压工作高性能放大器。
Sirenza Microdevices Corporation has developed a new line of high-performance wideband amplifiers for wireless and CATV base components. The InGaP HBT Darlington amplifier is designed for operation with a +5 v fixed power supply and high temperature stability. The first two amplifiers in this family are the SBB-1089 and SBB 2089. The output of the two amplifiers at 240 MHz has a third-order intercept point of +43 dBm and a bandwidth of 50-850 MHz. The SBB 1089 has a gain of 15.5 dB and a 1 dB compression power of 19 dBm. The SBB2089 has a gain of 20 dB and a 1 dB compression power of 20 dBm, consuming only 90 mA. The two amplifiers use Sirenza’s heat distribution system to reduce junction temperature and improve reliability. This Darlington amplifier is the first self-bias operating high-performance amplifier to enter the market in a SOT-89 package.
