采用核仁组织导体区银染技术(AgNOR技术),对涎腺多形性腺瘤中各种组织成份进行定量研究,结果发现在实性及腺管样区域中肿瘤性上皮细胞AgNOR颗粒均数为420,大小颗粒之比接近1∶3;软骨样细胞者为180,大小颗粒之比接近1∶1;粘液样细胞者为206,大小颗粒之比接近1∶1,前者与后两者间有显著性差异(P<005),结果表明:实性及腺管样区域中的肿瘤性上皮细胞活性较软骨样细胞、粘液样细胞高,结果提示肿瘤性上皮成份丰富的PA可能更具有癌变的潜能
Using AgNOR technology in the nucleolar conductor area, a quantitative study was performed on various tissue components of the parotid pleomorphic adenoma.
