所谓就业歧视就是指基于各种原因,取消或损害就业或职业机会均等或待遇平等的行为。消灭就业歧视,必须加大就业歧视立法和执法力度,完善有关法律法规,而且还要加强司法宣传,切实维护平等就业权;另外,还要确立诉讼中的举证责任倒置原则,建立平等就业机会委员会。
