中国人民大学附属中学教育信息化建设一直走在全国前列,其中一大亮点就是很早引进了专业的IT服务人员,专门制定有针对性的IT服务流程和服务手册,成立了IT服务中心,为全校师生员工提供维修、数据中心维护、培训等一系列工作。只有解决了制约信息化发展的人力资源等问题,信息化建设才有了快速发展的时间和空间。
The education informationization building of the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China has always been at the forefront of the country. One of the highlights is the early introduction of professional IT service personnel, which has specifically developed targeted IT service processes and service manuals and established an IT service center. The school teachers and students provide maintenance, data center maintenance, training and a series of work. Only by solving the problems of human resources that restrict the development of informatization, information construction has had a time and space for rapid development.
