党的十八届四中全会指出,适应经济发展新常态,坚定不移反对腐败是打开新局面的重要保障。王岐山同志在中央纪委十八届四中全会上进一步强调,驰而不息正风肃纪将成为今后工作的“新常态”。这些都揭示了在经济发展进入新常态的同时,党风廉政建设和反腐败工作也将呈现新特征,迈入新常态。当前,纪检监察工作必须正确认识新常态,积极适应新常态,才能把握工作主动权。适应从严治党新常态坚决落实“两个责任”。
