在竞争性市场中,环境构成越来越复杂,企业间由对抗性竞争向合作竞争发展已经成为一种共识。企业与其相关利益者的合作关系越来越密切,企业要想取得主动权,就要突破以往较单纯的环境和竞争概念。本文以诺基亚公司为案例,从商业生态系统角度对其面临的挑战进行分析,并为其今后更好地应对竞争以保持手机市场的霸主地位提出建议。
In the competitive market, the environment is becoming more and more complicated, and the competition among enterprises from antagonistic competition to cooperative competition has become a consensus. The cooperation between enterprises and their related stakeholders is getting closer and closer. If enterprises want to take the initiative, they must break through the simpler concept of environment and competition in the past. Taking Nokia as a case study, this article analyzes the challenges it faces from a business ecosystem perspective and makes recommendations for how to better cope with competition in order to maintain the dominance of the mobile phone market in the future.
