滚动轴承是由多个元件构成的“机械要素”,它的疲劳寿命较一般的机械零件具有更大的离散性。本文就滚动轴承的随机疲劳寿命,应用“最弱环原则”的数学表达式——威尔布尔分布曲线来拟合,作了初步的探讨。目前,美、英、西德等国关于滚动轴承可靠寿命的计算结果差异颇大,作者就此提出几点看法,并指出欲获得符合实际的滚动轴承可靠寿命,关键是必须通过一系列实验求得国产滚动轴承寿命分布的形状参数β的准确数据。
