在机械通气中低氧血症和呼吸机相关性肺损伤越来越受到关注,大多数学者认为压力控制通可以发挥它降低气道压、减少肺内分流,达到了减少气压伤的发生和改善氧合。本文先对压力控制通气和容量控制通气这两种通气模式进行阐述,再分别从腹腔镜手术、单肺通气、心脏直视手术、侧卧位下脊柱手术这几种手术中这两种通气模式的比较,最后提出展望。旨在从这两种通气模式的比较中寻找最合适的通气模式,正确理解压力控制通气和容量控制通气。
