阐述了利用相平衡计算对合金进行相分析计算机模拟的依据。对W6Mo5Cr4V2、W10Mo4Cr4V3Al和Mo5Cr4V3种高速工具钢在淬火加热态和退火加热态的组织进行了相分析。其结果表达了这3种钢在上述状态下的相组成及其变化规律。
The basis of computer simulation of phase analysis of alloy by phase equilibrium calculation is described. The microstructure of W6Mo5Cr4V2, W10Mo4Cr4V3Al and Mo5Cr4V high speed tool steels in quenched and annealed state were analyzed. The result expresses the phase composition and the variation rule of the three kinds of steels under the above conditions.
