Family businesses have a long history. Although joint-stock companies have become dominant business systems, most SMEs in the world still adopt this system. Family business is a good model for starting a business, and private Chinese companies are no exception. According to a sample survey conducted by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences on private-owned enterprises in Zhejiang Province in 1999, among the private-owned enterprises in Zhejiang, owners and family members make up about 80% of the shares of the enterprise. Private Chinese enterprises, especially private small and medium-sized enterprises, the family business is the main corporate system. The status quo of private enterprises in Liaoning also
