在班级管理中,我常常有意识地采用“无意识”教育形式,让学生在不知不觉的氛围中领会教师的意图,悟出道理,指导行动。这种教育形式是在师生平等、关系融洽的情境中进行的,可以减弱或消除学生的戒备心理和逆反心理,从而收到预期的教育效果。例一:学生对爱惜粮食并非一无所知,但在行动上往往又不注意。如学生就餐时,一不想吃了就倒,见此情景,我常常走上前去,说:“来,倒给我,我正差这一点!”对方总是会心一笑,不好意思地捧着饭碗走开了。
