Thirty-one patients with liver, lung or multiple echinococcosis and 33 egg-positive schistosomiasis-immunocompromised patients were screened from 41 patients. In addition, 39 controls were used to examine the health status of schistosomiasis-free eggs. Three different antigens were injected into the forearm of the subject, respectively. The injection volume of Casoni antigen (amniotic fluid extract) was 0.2ml, and the result was observed in 15 to 30 minutes. The diameter of the Casoni antigen was positive at 13mm and above.
