创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。作为新世纪的学校少先队组织,应着力培养少年儿童的科学精神、创新精神和实践能力,促进少年儿童全面发展。因此绝不能观望与等待,唯有加紧开展创新教育,培养千千万万的创新人才,才能代表中华民族以豪迈的姿态走向世界,迎接挑战。作为中队辅导员,应该行之有效地利用班队这个纯真、洁净、向上的组织,创造性地开展丰富多彩的活动,从而培养学生的创新精神。熊老师实践探究有时代感,有系统性,值得中队辅导员在工作中借鉴。
Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity and development of a country. As a young pioneer school organization in the new century, efforts should be made to cultivate the scientific spirit, innovative spirit and practical abilities of children and adolescents so as to promote the all-round development of children and adolescents. Therefore we must not wait and see.
