中国股市历来有“恐新症”,但是全球募资最多IPO中国工商银行打破了这一局面,标志着中国股市发展进入了新一轮高潮。深层次原因是中国政治局面空前稳定,实体经济发展稳健高速,人均财富迅速增长,人民币稳步升值,上市公司资产质量提升,证券市场出现诸多利好,如对房地产的严格调控导致大量资金转而加入股市,监管层推出一系列保护公众投资者的举措等。
