天麻共生菌—蜜环菌的培育方法

天麻的块茎是我省较贵重而紧缺的常用中药材。它是奇特的异养植物,不含叶绿体,故不能进行光合作用自己制造营养,而必须与大型真菌蜜环菌共生。经研究证实,寄生在腐木上的蜜环菌的菌丝体先把腐木中的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等分解为糖类,除自养外,并通过其菌丝缠绕呈绳索状的菌索作“桥梁”,输送给天麻。因此,在人工栽培天麻时,如何培育生长旺盛的优质蜜环菌菌材,就成为成败的关键。为了发展农村多种经营,扩大药源,解决天麻供不应求的现状,现将培育蜜环菌优质菌材中的几个主要环节作一简单介绍。 Gastrodia Tuber is more expensive and scarce in our province commonly used Chinese herbal medicines. The study confirmed that mycorrhizal parasites on rotten wood mycelium first rotten wood cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and other decomposition of carbohydrates, in addition to self-support, and through its mycelium was Rope-like bacteria as a “bridge”, delivered to Gastrodia. Therefore, artificial cultivation of Gastrodia, how to cultivate vigorous growth of Armillaria mellea bacteria, has become the key to success. In order to develop a variety of rural management, expand source of medicine, to solve the current situation of short supply of Tianma, will now cultivate Armillaria quality bacteria in several major links for a brief introduction.
