近年来,我国在坡缕石—海泡石粘土矿床的寻找、勘探和剃用方面有关键性的突破和很快的进展。1980年报导了我国第一个沉积坡缕石(凸凹棒石)粘土矿床的产地——江苏省六合县。后来又在盱眙、嘉山等地陆续发现了第三系地层中相应层位的矿床,而且它们也先后进行了开采和利用。1983年我国又报导了湖南浏阳永和发现的大型海泡石粘土矿床,接着,在湖南湘潭、陕南宁强等地亦发现了同一层位、同一类型的矿床及矿点。我国对坡缕石——海泡石矿床的勘探开发及研究程度日益加深。浏阳的海泡石粘土矿床属海相沉积成因,矿层赋存于二叠系下统牺霞组上部的泥灰岩段中,上覆茅口组灰岩。矿石分为粘土型(风化、半风化型)和原岩型,目前有工业用途的为前者。它主要由海泡石、滑石、石英、方解石四种矿物组成。这四种矿物含量互为消长,有
In recent years, China has made crucial breakthroughs and rapid advances in the search, exploration and shaving of palygorskite-sepiolite clay deposits. In 1980, China reported the origin of China’s first deposit of palygorskite (attapulgite) clay deposits - Liuhe County, Jiangsu Province. Later, in the Qionglai, Jiashan and other places have discovered the corresponding stratigraphic deposits in the Tertiary strata, and they also have been the exploitation and utilization. In 1983, China also reported large-scale sepiolite clay deposits discovered by Yonghe, Liuyang, Hunan Province. Then, the same type of deposits and ore deposits of the same type were also found in Xiangtan of Hunan Province and Ningqiang County of Southern Shaanxi. In our country, the exploration, development and research on palygorskite-sepiolite deposits are deepening. Liuyang sepiolite clay deposit belongs to the marine sedimentary genesis. The ore deposit occurs in the marl section in the upper part of the Lower Ordovician Formation of the Permian and overlies the Maokou Formation limestone.
